Alissa Martell, FPQP, serves as Client Service Manager at RiverStone. She leads the day-to-day management of the client experience and serves as a primary point of contact for clients. She oversees firm-wide client communication, outreach, and onboarding, ensuring requests receive thoughtful, timely, and consistent follow-through.

Alissa has over 20 years of customer service experience and brings that experience to her work supporting RiverStone clients and advisory teams. She joined RiverStone as a Client Service Associate, where she provided operational and administrative support for high-net-worth individuals, families, and private business owners. In that role, she managed onboarding, monitored transactions, addressed day-to-day client requests, and served as a dedicated resource for client concerns. She now builds on this foundation as Client Service Manager, guiding service delivery across the firm and supporting both clients and advisory teams.
Alissa attended The University of Toledo and holds the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP) designation, reflecting a commitment to precision, professionalism, and client service.
